Three years of compounding growth
The challenge
ResourceSpace competes in a crowded, fast-moving category against much larger brands, the kind with far bigger budgets and teams behind them.
The brief was growth that compounds rather than growth you rent, and that could keep working as buyer behaviour shifted towards AI search rather than get left behind by it.
The work
Over three years we’ve provided monthly SEO support, built around real personas, journeys and pain points rather than a list of keywords, so it holds up in the longer, more conversational searches people now have with AI tools.
As search changed, we extended the same work into GEO: entity building, AI-visibility tracking, and content structured for answer engines and LLMs as well as Google. We added a scoped ABM programme through LinkedIn outreach, and if a channel ever stopped earning its place we wound it down and adapted the approach.
The results
Three years in, the work keeps compounding. Organic traffic and leads have grown year on year, and ResourceSpace is now prominent in AI answers for the topics most important to their buyers, ahead of much larger, better-resourced brands on the ground that matters to them.
That momentum has held steady through the biggest shift search has been through, the move towards AI and answer engines, rather than slipping the way hard-won visibility so easily can.
