A new service a creative agency could offer, white-label

The challenge

A creative agency had strong, long-standing client relationships but had never offered SEO to any of them. Search was genuinely new territory for the team, so this wasn’t a case of quietly plugging a gap in the background. Part of the job was to lead: to make the case for SEO, show what good looks like, and bring a team that hadn’t worked in it before along with us.

The work

For the best part of a year we were their SEO function, working white-label across a number of their clients, and we leaned into the educator role as much as the delivery. Technical audits, content improvements and ongoing monitoring, all under their brand, alongside the work of explaining clearly what we were doing and why it mattered, so the agency could talk about it confidently to its own clients. They kept the relationships; we brought both the specialism and the clarity.

The results

The agency could finally offer organic search to clients who’d been asking for it, with the confidence to stand behind it, and without hiring a team of its own. It’s the same way we work with other agencies: senior specialists, white-label under their brand, and never competing for their clients.
